Do you have experience with customer service and have worked in a warehouse office? If so we are looking for experienced candidates who have done a variety of responsibilities in a warehouse ranging from dispatching, filing, invoicing, and working with products and materials. In this temp-to-hire opportunity you will be in charge of supporting the administrative operations of a leading logistics company in Tualatin, OR. salary: $20 – $22 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Interact with drivers, suppliers and carriers to receive shipments or process documentation

Billing, invoicing, POs and payment processing

Interact with customers and provide updates on tracking

Must have experience using a warehouse management system

Must be able to utilize computers and be comfortable typing at a fast pace

Dispatching drivers and troubleshooting as needed

Collaborating with warehouse supervisor as needed
