Responsibilities

Cross trained in multiple work centers (e.g. Final Assembly, Sub Assembly, Feeder Bay, Preship, NPI, etc…)

Trains other assemblers on specific job functions

Models continuous improvement behaviors for peers

Write NCIs and escalate issues to engineering

Completes rework independently using appropriate equipment

Provides documented feedback on work instructions through redline process

Performs leak check with assistance

Performs programming and/or Inline testing of designated assemblies

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 10 hours at one time

working weekends

Skills

Mechanical Assembling

Electronic Assembling

Hand Tools (1 year of experience is required)

Blueprints (1 year of experience is required)
