Program and Operations Coordinator
SALARY:$33,379.2- $37,536 for a 32hr/week work schedule
LOCATION:Lynnwood, Washington
DESCRIPTION:
The Program and Operations Coordinator is a vital member of the Foundation team, responsible for managing donor databases and overseeing Foundation programs, including scholarships, grants, awards, and emergency funding. This position serves as the first point of contact for these programs and works closely with community members, students, faculty, and staff to enhance awareness and support for Edmonds College through the Foundations activities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Database Management
– Raisers Edge Administration: Manage the Foundations database, ensuring accurate coding, tracking, and entry of information related to appeals, events, campaigns, donors, and supporters.
– Gift Processing: Handle all aspects of gift processing, including receipts, acknowledgements, reporting of cash and in-kind contributions, online and matching gifts, pledge payment follow-up, and gift invoicing. Reconcile monthly Raisers Edge reports with financial records.
– Report Development: Create and produce reports on appeals, events, campaigns, and donor data, as well as generate mailing lists.
– Vendor Liaison: Act as the main contact for software vendors regarding service agreements, upgrades, technical issues, and more.
– Technology Support: Provide technology support to Foundation staff.
– Database Protocols: Maintain an up-to-date user manual for Raisers Edge, including comprehensive data entry protocols.
Program Management
Scholarship, Grant, and Award Administration: Staff the Foundation Program Committee with support from the Executive Director. Manage and administer annual scholarships, Complete the Dream scholarships, department-directed scholarships, and awards for staff, faculty, and volunteers.
Outreach and Advising: Conduct outreach within the Edmonds College campus, advise applicants, implement application and scoring processes, collect and compile metric data, and analyze results. Provide recommendations for process improvements.
Clubs and Organizations: Responsible for overseeing and coordinating agreements with representatives of each Clubs/Organizations, ensuring that all terms are adhered to and scholarships are properly managed. This includes regular communication with Clubs/Organizations representatives to ensure agreements are signed
