Job Title: Parts Quality Associate

Job Description

• Answer radio calls from production departments

• Assign call responsibility to team associates

• Record the time of associate response to the spot of the problem

• Record the time of problem resolution at the spot of the problem

• Reject parts using systems

• Interact with Production Rejection Controllers to support capture of suspect parts

• Support Line Call activities on both lines

• Support of business plan themes
