Position Summary:The Central Loan Support position plays a critical role in supporting the bank’s loan operations by performing a variety of administrative tasks related to loan documentation, processing, and servicing.Key Responsibilities:Review all new and renewed loans in CSI to ensure correct coding and loan data.Review the Loan File Maintenance Report for source documents and accuracy. Board all new TRIDF loans in CSI.Perform all pre-closing reviews for all commercial real estate loans and all HELOCs.Complete all requests from branches for loan extensions and modifications.Work with the Loan Compliance Officer on various compliance-related functions.Produce various CSI NuPoint custom reports for team members and leadership.Act as a resource for branch team members in assisting customer inquiries and loan requests concerning servicing of their loans.Review periodic CSI release notes for upcoming changes and communicate with appropriate team members concerning upcoming enhancements.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related area is preferred but not required.2 years of experience in loan operations or a similar role within a bank.Strong understanding of loan documentation, compliance, and banking regulations.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficient in using various software and banking systems.Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.Ability to quickly learn and assimilate information.
