NOW HIRING, METAL MOLD- MAKER ( Die /Tooling equipment) (must have experience and updated resume to ) This is a Direct-Hire opportunity, In Grayslake IL, $20-37 hourly, depending on experience.

Experience in building small to medium size precision Die Cast Dies and Plastic Injection Molds from tooling drawings and piece part prints.

Preventative mainting on exisiting molds

Experience in running Lathes, Surface Grinders, Milling machines.

Experience with sinker EDM Machines and electrode construction.

Ability to read engineering piece part prints, have mathematical skills and measuring skills.

Abilty to reverse engineer molds

Blueprint / Skematic/ Drawing reader

Die-casting, Mold Making, Injection molding experiance

Steel, Alumimunm Zinc and plastic materials

Responsibilities

 Experience in running Lathes, Surface Grinders, Milling machines.

 Experience with sinker EDM Machines and electrode construction.

 Experience in building small to medium size precision Die Cast Dies and Plastic

Injection Molds from tooling drawings and piece part prints.

 Ability to read engineering piece part prints, have mathematical skills and

measuring skills.

 Ability to troubleshoot mold problems and make the corrections needed a plus

 Ability to make replacement inserts for molds.

 Ability to build fixtures for manufacturing assembly machines a plus

 Knowledge of trim dies a plus.

 A minimum of 3 years experience

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
