Contract Administrator – Commercial Strategic Sales Support

Position Overview

As the Contract Administrator you will manage the requirements of contracts generated by the individual commercial brands, including reporting, funding fees, updates and modifications. Contract administrator must have the ability to work with and maintain positive relationships with the sales team (on all levels), internal departments and external customers. Sales Support is the single depository for all contracts for Shaw Contract, Patcraft, Shaw Hospitality and Philadelphia Commercial. The Contract Administrator is responsible for ensuring all contracts are properly maintained and documented.

Please note this position is based out of our Create Centre in Cartersville, GA.

Responsibilities:

Complete all contract/legal requests by specified deadline, all documentation error free and professionally completed.

Submit monthly and/or quarterly reports and funding fees as directed by the contract.

Maintain and update membership lists, contract catalogs, product listings and microsites.

Ensure the maintenance of website information for individual clients.

Log all contracts into Salesforce.com and maintain documentation on Shared drives and files.

Collaborate with internal support teams to improve various administrative tools.

Identify any issues, problems or concerns and suggest possible solutions.

Maintain procedures for processing reports, funding fee and contract particulars.

Build relationships with external contracting officers as needed to ensure clear understanding of contract requirements.

Work with internal departments to process requests.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or 3 years relevant work experience

Basic understanding of commercial law

Basic business acumen

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point and Adobe Acrobat.

Marketing and/or contract administration experience desired, but not required

Must be willing to work additional hours to meet contract deadlines as needed.
