TEKsystems is currently searching for 2 career-driven individuals with mortgage experience interested in a Collateral Risk Examiner opportunity with a reputable credit union in the Pensacola, FL area.
This is NOT a fully remote position – requirement to work hybrid in office 2 days a week.
Job Description:
To examine and evaluate documentation provided with subordination requests, collateral changes and successor in interest processing to protect and support the Equity and Mortgage Lending Portfolios. Review, research and analyze appropriate related court notices and title matters. Serve as subject matter expert to other business areas for successor in interest processes, collateral changes, and collateral subordinations.
Hours: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
Requirements:
Any Mortgage experience is very helpful BUT prefers Mortgage processing experience
Mortgage document related experience
Call center/phone experience
2-3 years recent experience in office admin, clerical, data entry required
