The Business Execution Manager is a senior level position responsible for driving key Business Execution deliverables which enables the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion and Talent Management (DEI & TM) organization to achieve its day-to-day goals and long-term priorities & commitments with focus areas including Governance, Controls, Client & Franchise and People/Culture.

The Business Execution Manager will report to the Head of Business Execution and will have oversight and/or coordinate (manage) activities such as tracking of business financials, managing employee headcount, tracking of business performance and productivity measures. In addition, tasks may include supporting the Business Execution Lead on managing compliance, external audits, business continuity activities and/or addressing regulatory matters.

More specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Implementing and coordinating monthly business operating reviews

Prepare expense budgets, and provide reporting on key performance metrics

Oversight of position management headcount planning

Communication to senior leadership team; including preparation of quarterly and annual business reviews

Execute expense management activities

Manage, drive and optimize reporting and operating processes to efficiently support the DEI & TM organization

Execute and monitor significant cost effectiveness and expense control standards by adopting best practices, standardization and operational efficiencies in financial planning. Ensure that all standards of quality, timeliness and cost efficiency requirements are met for Operations teams.

Drive and champion a governance culture across the team

Build strong relationships with internal partners across HR, as well as with stakeholders across Internal Audit Finance

Manages concurrent projects that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders while balancing the demands being made on existing processes and teams

Performs other duties and functions as assigned

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

5 years of control and/or project experience

High attention to detail

Self-starter, motivated, eager to learn

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

Process improvement mind-set with ability to identify and solve for root cause.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to make sound business decisions

Experience in creating and implementing processes that result in improved business performance

Strong and effective collaboration skills across multi-cultural and multi-level teams

Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye to detail

Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts, functional and technical knowledge

Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments

Track record of communication and engagement with senior management

Consistently detail-oriented, goal-oriented and able to work in a team

Proven strategic planning, financial reporting and presentation skills

Consistently develop and maintain effective work relationships

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$113,840.00 – $170,760.00
