Business Development Analyst

SALARY RANGE: $75,000 – $130,000

TITLE: Business Analyst
DEPARTMENT: Business Development
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Business Analyst is responsible for (1) tracking, reporting, and presenting sales data (2) researching new business opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and reconcile sales data quality to resolve discrepancies and/or reconcile results.
Load and validate new opportunities into CRM applications (Microsoft Dynamics).
Create presentations, diagrams, and charts to illustrate sales pipeline.
Report and track monthly sales data for the Business Development (BD) Team.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and as an integral part of a Growth/BD office administration staff team
Research new business opportunities through GovWinIQ and various GWAC portals (i.e. Seaport-NxG, GSA IT-70).
Hands-on experience with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams (required); Dynamics (desirable)..
Travel as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work a flexible schedule (weeknights/weekends) to meet company demands as needed

TRAINING, EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT REQUIRED:
One to three (1-3) years of analyst experience.
Understanding and experience with government contract reporting.
Must have strong problem-solving capabilities, strong analytical skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Proven track record of building customer relationships and customer facing support experiences.
Ability to meet project schedules timely and independently.
