Job Description:
Provides supervision and training for Constant Observers, Tele-sitters, and staffing office personnel at Great River Health. Acts as a backup for the staffing office, performing a variety of clerical tasks related to nursing department needs. Handles secretarial duties in the staffing office while effectively interacting with nursing staff and leadership. Works independently and adapts to a dynamic environment. Delivers high-quality customer service to ensure proper and adequate staffing across units. Utilizes Kronos for scheduling and timecard management. Understands and can perform the roles of Constant Observer and Tele-sitter. Assists in monitoring, coaching, and mentoring staff under their supervision to maintain world-class customer service in alignment with CREDO values.
Qualifications:
Required
Minimum HS graduate or GED required
Preference for college degree, or related equivalent experience
Maintain current and active status on all required training and education as outlined by corporate policy
Minimum of 2 years secretarial or administrative experience
Microsoft Office experience preferred-proficient with excel
Detail oriented, strong attention to detail
Staffing office experience preferred
Effective written and verbal communication skills
