Machine Operator

JOB REQUIREMENTS: This machine operator will be responsible for
operating lathe/mill machines to produce a variety of parts and niche
orders as well as assisting with miscellaneous tasks in the shop as
needed. This temporary role assignment is expected to last approximately
6 months, but has the potential to turn into a permanent position for
the right candidate. Location: Hartford, WI Duties/Responsibilities:
Load and unload material onto and from machine Drill holes into product
Deburr holes and ends Pack into boxes, package and print shipping labels
Miscellaneous shop tasks as needed Qualifications / Requirements: High
School Diploma/GED equivalent US citizen or authorization to work in the
US Previous lathe/milling experience desired. Solid work history
Required Skills/Abilities: Desire to learn new skills and improve
technical knowledge. Strong orientation toward quality, safety and
continuous improvement. Commitment to quality and accuracy of work
performed. Safety conscious behavior. Mechanical Aptitude / ability to
use hand tools Ability to work independently with little supervision
Ability to execute repetitious tasks through duration of shift Attention
to detail Solid communication skills – comfortable asking questions
