Here, you will make an impact by:Creating customer pleasing products, that delight users and deliver value to healthcare enterprisesCollaborating with industry experts to curate and prioritize an impactful product development backlog of market-differentiating featuresCoordinating with a group of Product Owners to ensure best practices processes and ensure consistency and agility in processesCreating a collaborative and integrated atmosphere, across multiple departments, in order to build, test, deploy, and support the CDI product suiteSupporting other key product areas through coordinated integration efforts and knowledge sharingParticipating in relevant corporate programs/initiativesEnsuring professional, quality and security standards are complied with while performing assigned dutiesComplying with corporate policies and procedures while acting in a manner consistent with 3Ms values and ethical standardsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors Degree or higher AND 7 years of experience in Scrum Product Ownership or Product Management .ORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND 1 1 years of experience in Scrum Product Ownership or Product Management.ANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required :3 years of combined Software Development, Client Support or Client Operations experience3 years of demonstrated experience using Agile software development methodologyAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Bachelors degree in Healthcare Business or Computer Science related fieldIn-depth knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Cross-team project management experienceCertification in Agile Scrum Master or Product Owner roleProject Management Institutes Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationNew product development experienceMicrosoft Office and Project proficientHealthcare data related experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience leading a development team during the design and archi ecture phaseAbility to meet timelines set in project plans and produce a high-quality productAbility to take individual initiative and responsibility for assignmentsAbility to multi-task and adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to quickly learn and apply new tools and technologyAbility to effectively communicate ideas and information to other individuals and teamWork location:RemoteTravel: May include up to 10% domesticRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
