The Marketing and Sales Director (Float) has a specialized role within Senior Living Business Development. This role is designed to provide interim support and expertise to communities lacking a Marketing Director, communities requiring additional day-to-day assistance, and newly acquired or new build launches. This position will offer essential marketing and sales leadership, ensuring the seamless execution of strategies aimed at driving occupancy and promoting best practices within the senior living communities. Position Functions and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Interim Leadership: Step in for absent Marketing Directors or provide supplementary support to existing Marketing Directors, ensuring continuity in marketing and sales operations. Collaborative Execution: Work closely with onsite and regional teams to implement daily marketing and sales activities, tailored to each communitys specific needs and objectives. Occupancy Enhancement: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive community occupancy including brand support, outreach, sales pipeline follow- up, secure new move ins, and CRM management. Best Practices Guidance: Offer guidance on best practices in marketing and sales, drawing on industry knowledge and experience to optimize performance and outcomes. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure alignment with goals and identify areas for improvement. New Build Sales and Marketing: Work closely with onsite and regional teams to implement daily marketing and sales activities, tailored to each communitys specific needs and objectives. Assist in assessing market dynamics, and train onsite staff to process and best practices. Qualifications: Experience in new build or new acquisition marketing and sales. Proven experience in marketing and sales within the senior living industry, with a strong understanding of best practices and market dynamics. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to adapt quickly to varying community needs and operational contexts. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Analytical abilities to assess performance data and make informed decisions.
