Customer Service Account Manager

Allied National Services has an immediate need for a Customer Service Account Manager at our corporate office. We are looking for reliable, up-beat, assertive candidates who likes to take on significant responsibility for customer satisfaction. This position coordinates vendor services via the phone and responds to customer service requests over the telephone to ensure that services provided meet client and company business requirements. Duties include: – Ensuring daily attendance of employees – Scheduling special services over the phone – Pre and Post confirming of special services over the phone – Responds to emails and phone calls – Updates CRM software – Follow up on equipment repairs – Follow up on service issues over the phone – Process contractor invoices – Locate, vet, hire and process new contractors and employees Office Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday – Friday Qualifications: – 2 years experience providing excellent customer service and client satisfaction in an office setting. – Strong work history (no job jumpers) – Superior multi-tasking skills. – Assertive, confident and good judgment to make sound decisions based on business needs. – Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced work environment. – Solid organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. – Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel – Strong ability to pay attention to detail and engage in detailed follow-up in a high transaction business environment. – Management experience desired but not required. – Associates or bachelors degree desired but not required.
