CNC MACHINE OPERATOR: Job Summary
Etezazi Industries, Inc., is seeking CNC Machine Operators with 5-Axis
experience, able to:

– Prioritize safety and quality in a fast-paced production
environment.
– Manage their time effectively and be flexible to meet production
needs/schedules among changing priorities.
– Use precision measuring instruments to perform first piece
inspections.
– Understand and utilize Machine Shop Math, and decipher angles,
dimensions, tolerances, etc.
– Check CNC machinery is in good working order before set up.
– Examine and inspect articles produced to ensure quality.
– Monitor the run throughout the cycle, checking that specifications
are met.
– Perform all necessary machine maintenance and use equipment
properly.

CNC MACHINE OPERATORS: Responsibilities
CNC Machine Operators at Etezazi Industries, Inc., are expected to:

– Work with a variety of materials, including: aluminum, titanium,
steel and composite.
– Read, review and interpret CNC program blueprints.
– Operate HAAS 5-Axis and SIEMENS control machines.
– Deburr and inspect parts.
– Consistently produce quality to specifications and quality
standards.
– Maintain a clean, safe workplace and adhere to safety policy.
