What You Will Do :

Responsible for non-attorney support of legal operations.

Editing, proofing, and formatting of various legal documents, including SOWs, NDAs, BAAs and commercial client contracts.

Work with attorneys within the Office of the General Counsel to finalize contract documents and project setup requirements.

Manages and archives legal documentation.

Manage contracts and supporting documents in our corporate wide contract system- Evisort

Respond to client questionnaires in connection with project setup.

Acts as a liaison between business teams and the Office of the General Counsel regarding project setups and documentation.

What You Will Need :

Requires a University Degree and minimum TWO (2) – FOUR (4) years of work experience.

Proficient with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Efficient learner with ability to handle time sensitive projects.

Highly accurate work product

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with team members and business leaders.

What Would Be Nice to Have :

Relevant contracts experience

Knowledge of contracts management software (Evisort)

The annual salary range for this position is $65,900.00-$98,900.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
