Responsibilities:

– Read work order and prepare raw materials.
– Operate radial arm saw, staple and nail gun.
– Obtain best possible yields from raw materials (lumber).
– Unload and store incoming pallet materials in designated area.
– Mark finished pallets correctly.
– Adhere to safety rules.
– Keep pallet-making area clean and organized.
– Keep all tools in good working order.
– Cutting or trimming of vinyl master rolls – as instructed by plant management.
– Oversee complete cutting process and make adjustment when necessary.
– Inspect machine for dull or damaged knives and replace immediately.
– Marking and taping of cut to size material, including rolls returned from the laminating lines.

## Qualifications

– Good record of attendance at previous jobs.
– Experience working in manufacturing positions is a plus.
– Individuals that are eager to grow their career and willing to represent our values of Agility, Enjoyment, and Always Improving.
– Ability to lift, up to, 50lb.
