CNC Machinist

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for experienced CNC Machinists with G
code programming experience. The primary function of this role is to set
up and run jobs including 5 axis. Duties and Responsibilities: Set up,
program and run CNC Machines, including verticals, shuttles, bars and 5
axis. Understand and select correct tooling Produce parts within
required tolerances and specifications Ensure the CNC machines are
operating at the highest level of productivity appropriate to the
assigned project Review set up sheets and specifications to determine
set up procedure, machining sequence and dimensions Assemble cutting
tools in tool holders and position in machine spindles as specified
using hand tools or insert cutting tools Measure work piece for
conformance to specification using measuring instruments such as
micrometers, calipers, dial indicator and gages Adjust machine speeds
and feeds; change cutters to machine parts according to specifications
Keep work area organized and clean Qualifications / Requirements: High
School Diploma or equivalent Strong math skills Ability to read and
interpret blueprints and schematics 2 years experience in CNC
Programming Attention detail Ability troubleshoot and problem solve
Physical Requirements: Ability to climb, crawl and maneuver in cramped
areas Extensive walking is required Ability to comfortably work from
heights on ladders and aerial boom lifts Ability to push/pull/lift 50
