Job Title: Finishing Inspector

Job Summary:

As a Finishing Inspector at Central Moloney, you will play a crucial
role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our finished products. You
will be responsible for inspecting transformers and transformer
components during the finishing process to ensure they meet our
stringent quality standards.

We are hiring for the 1st shift: Monday Thursday from 6:30 am 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform visual inspections of finished transformers and transformer
components to ensure they meet quality standards.

Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify
dimensions and tolerances.

Inspect surface finishes and coatings for defects, imperfections, or
irregularities.

Identify and document any non-conformities or deviations from quality
standards.

Communicate inspection results to production supervisors and quality
control team members.

Follow established inspection procedures and guidelines to maintain
consistency and accuracy.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality issues as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in quality control or inspection preferred.

Strong attention to detail and keen observational skills.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Proficiency in using measuring tools and equipment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

A background check, Drug screen & physical examination is required.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time position with an hourly starting pay of $20.

Some overtime and occasional weekends may be required, pending business
needs.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

Lifting:Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.

Environment:Work in a facility with loud noise, extreme
temperatures, and environmental stressors.

Physical Activities:Sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, reach,
and grasp as needed.

PPE:Wear required PPE, including eye and hearing protection, gloves,
and safety toe footwear.

Dexterity and Vision:Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities
(close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus
adjustment).

Stamina:Stand for long shifts.

Skills:Effective communication, basic math skills, and teamwork.

Safety:Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.
