Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated RN for a Full Time Day position in our ED at Community Medical Center.

Community Medical Center, is a 592-bed, fully accredited acute care hospital offering area residents world-class medical treatment with the comforts of hometown care. Opened in 1961, CMC has evolved into the state s newest teaching hospital with four residency programs and Ocean County s largest and most active health care facility caring for over 21,500 inpatients, 178,000 outpatients and 73,700 emergency department patients each year.

Qualifications:

Required:

RN Degree

NJ RN License

BLS, ACLS, PALS (American Heart Association)

Current ED or Acute Care Experience

Preferred:

BSN

Certification

Scheduling Requirements:

Day Shift 7a-7:30p

Essential Functions:

The RN is an intricate part of the ED Team of ER MDs, PAs, RNs and ED Techs caring for patients from Infants to Older Adults in Triage, Main ED, Cardiac & Trauma

Assists in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and patients

Educates patients and families
