Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a part-time Instructional Coach for the
Learning Centers. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Training and Professional Development. The instructional coach will provide support with observations of peer leaders who work for the Learning Centers, particularly (but not limited to) evenings and weekends, scheduling and conducting observations, completing observation reports, supporting the Learning Specialist with debriefs, and performing other duties as assigned. The instructional coach will provide feedback through the observation report to peer leaders in support of their training and professional development for their roles. |
