Job Title: Nurse Practitioner
Location: Staten Island, NY 10314
Pay rate- $70/hr
Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): 9 AM – 5 PM
Duration: 1 Year with possible extension

Job Description:

• Record health histories.
• Provide complete physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat many common acute and chronic problems.
• Interpret lab results and X-rays.
• Prescribe and manage medications and therapies.
• Provide teaching and counseling to support healthy lifestyle behaviors.
• Refer patients to other health professionals as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• All candidates must possess, at a minimum, the following qualifications, and shall include evidence of same along with the required resume.
• Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner Licensure in the State of New York.
• 2 Clinical Nurse Specialist Certification in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health.
• Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Licensure.
• Three (3) Years of verifiable experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
