Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to support our Sales Divisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with sales teams to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain financial models to support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) monthly.
Collaborate with sales teams to set financial targets and monitor performance against goals.
Prepare and present financial reports and insights to sales leadership and senior management.
Conduct variance analysis to understand deviations from financial plans and recommend corrective actions.
Support pricing strategies and profitability analysis for products and services.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably supporting sales or marketing functions.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Knowledge of sales processes and ERP systems is a plus.
Pay:
$71,719.00 to $100,407.00
The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position. Actual salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, budget available, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position’s qualifications, in addition to internal equity. The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package. Other components of the total rewards package may include participation in group health and/or dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away from work, and paid holidays.
