Maintain vault control, assign teller schedules, answer questions and handle member issues and teller errors. Assist members and potential members within the Member Services, Consumer Lending and Teller platforms.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:•Maintain vault control•Responsible for end of day balancing. •Assist with weekly balancing and replenishing of ATM. •Coordinate work schedule of teller line employees. Supervise and assign duties.•Authorize teller transactions / provide over rides when needed.•Oversee processing of night deposit, mail and drop off’s.•Review CTR reports, verify wire transfer requests.•Maintain all log sheets.•Assist teller with check hold notices.•Maintain teller line checklist nightly•Prepare teller line employee evaluations. •Conduct weekly inventory and audit of stamps, instant issue cards, Visa Gift Cards and money orders and reorder as needed. •Handle member issues or concerns. •Maintain proficient knowledge of all Credit Union services and products. Advise and explain to teller staff and members as appropriate. •Guide and train (or assist in the training) of new tellers. Hold weekly teller meetings to discuss changes in procedures, new developments, and general information. Provide refresher training to all tellers. •Provide coverage on teller line, member services, lending and receptionist desk•Interact with members to explain, promote and offer products as appropriate•New membership application, share draft, debit card, and other services as requested•Interview members and gather information for loan applications •Process loan check-backs•Comply with all safety and security policies, practices and procedures. Report any unsafe or suspicious activities to your supervisor.•Assist in other job duties as assigned by management. •Complies with all federal, state, and organizational policies, procedures, and processes, including (but not limited to) the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Performs related responsibilities as requiredQUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:•Excellent communication skills and professional appearance. •Organization skills and math computation abilities.•Develop a strong knowledge of XP2 as it pertains to the teller line•Extensive use of PC and requires standing for long periods of time (4 – 8 hours)•Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously•Lifting requirements up to 25 pounds•High level of confidentiality •Timeliness and regularity of attendance are essential to the job.ServU FCU is an Affirmative Action Equal Opportunity Employer.
