Clinical Educator – (Malvern, PA)
You will be integral to the ECG Solutions Clinical Operations team training program, bolstering our internal commitment to maintaining the Patient Safety & Quality objectives.
Your role:
Lead educational activities, facilitate classes, provide feedback, and mentor employees in person and remotely.
Develop, update, and implement policies, curriculum, training materials, process documents, and standard operating procedures.
Provide side-by-side coaching to new and existing employees based on quality results.
Formulate process enhancements and ongoing education recommendations for ECG Solutions leadership team(s).
Youre the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 3 years of experience with ECG rhythm interpretation or 3 years of experience in an ECG Solutions Clinical Wireless or Holter Monitoring position
Your skills include excellent ECG rhythm interpretation, a strong technical acumen and computer skills. Development of curriculum and e-learning is preferred.
You have a high school diploma; a college degree is preferred and an active CRAT/CCT/RN certification/license.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Malvern, PA is $60,000 to $102,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
