Job Description

• Lift various items intermittently, with assistance provided for weights exceeding 35 pounds.

• Operate computer equipment and precision measuring instruments.

• Sit in chairs (swivel, padded, and adjustable).

• Squat or crouch to retrieve stored items from lower shelves and file cabinets, inspect equipment/products, etc.

• Stand intermittently.

• Clean work areas and maintain a clean work environment; perform 5S cleaning activities as required.

• Assemble wax patterns using various skills outlined below.

• Refer to work instructions, identification, and machine stock areas to prevent under or overworking patterns.

• Hand stock patterns to engineering instructions and effectively communicate information to the team and engineering.

• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

• Communicate scrap to injection.

• Apply cast raised numbers.

• Perform Apply, Rub Down, Final Assembly processes.

• Apply wax to acceptable Product Criteria limits.
