As an Inventory Control Coordinator at Valvoline Global the individual will primarily work in Valvoline’s Cincinnati Manufacturing Plant. The individual will share responsibilities within the admin team to support the plant. Primarily focusing on the inventory accuracy and processing of bulk lubricants and raw materials coming into and out of the plant.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Daily task is processing the bulk deliveries in and out of the plant.
Daily resolution to transactional based plant movements ensuring accuracy and timeliness of SAP transactions.
Owner of the monthly bulk and packaged goods inventory process. While being accountable to help track and resolve any discrepancies and outliers.
Other cross functional support for other departments and/or tasks as assigned by the plant leadership.
What You’ll Need
Bachelors Degree
Experience working in data analytics and data visualization.
A foundation in SAP and administrative duties.
Proficiency in scheduling and understanding complexed workflows.
Detailed oriented approach to data driven problem solving.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
