Service Writer

Our client, a local automotive service company is seeking a Service Writer to join their team. A The ideal candidate will have , great customer service skills, maintain a positive attitude and experience with industry-specific software, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Service Writer

Location: Marietta, Ohio

Pay Range: $17-$20

What’s the Job?

Greeting customers and directing them to available mechanics

Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs

Using knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and services to customers

Provide information on warranty protections, potential cost savings

Manage and oversee workflow and schedule

Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times

Maintain a positive customer relationship to ensure repeat business

Proficiency with industry-specific software

Strong organization
