Project Manager – (Functional Area)

The Project Manager will provide support to our Corporate Services segment for up to 19 manufacturing locations in the Northeast region . This position will focus on streamlining current facilities software systems, integrating and improving functionalities, standardizing solutions across the systems, driving innovations, developing strategic analysis of trends, metrics and productivity, and creating action and communication surrounding solutions.

This is a remote role with up to 50% travel

We are looking for candidates who:

Have the ability to systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyze information, identify implications of data, draw appropriate conclusions, and generate viable alternative solutions to a question or problem.

Possess strong technology skills in Maximo CMMS, D365, Power BI, Salus, Smartsheet, and MS Teams

Provide expertise in the support of generating business processes to support unit by optimizing work-flow to maximize data capture for asset life cycle management, data integrity, labor management and materials tracking and cost capture.

A proven track record and understanding of Facilities Management principles and technical experience

Support leadership by increasing quality of services and customer experience to continuously improve client partnerships and processes

Provide regularly scheduled auditing of system operations for reporting negative trending and to supply tools and resources that promote continuous improvement.

Drive the implementation of Maximo CMMS and other FM Information Systems that gain efficiencies and productivity as relates to asset management and FM strategy.

Address problems that appear to arise from use of the data networks by scheduling and providing appropriate level of support required to resolve the problem.

Retrieve, analyze data, and develop reports from Computerized Maintenance Management Services

Develop master data configuration plan

Support the development and roll out of various software training modules

The candidate we seek will possess the following:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

3 years Maximo CMMS experience

Development and application of data management systems and dashboards

Project management

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Advanced Excel skills required

Facilities operational experience preferred

Please note the compensation for this position is $70,000-90,000 annually

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement – Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience – 3 years

Basic Functional Experience – 3 years experience within functional area or project management
