Community Hospital North seeks an advanced practice provider that is adaptable, proactive, team player and dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.

· Full-time opportunity, Monday – Friday (7:30am – 4:00pm)

· No call requirements

· Mixed practice of clinic and limited rounding

· Experienced staff

Licensure & Certification

Oncology experience is preferred, not required

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
