Summary You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Special Warfare & Expeditionary Systems Department (JX), Expeditionary C3I & Cyber Division (JXY), Software Systems Integration Branch (JXYV) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The salary range shown in the announcement represents all of the positions within the band, including GS-14 equivalent (high grade) positions. This is not a high grade position: therefore the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $134,435). Responsibilities You will act as the task lead for the Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS) effort. You will support the sustainment and development of critical Air Battle Management capabilities. You will support the Program Executive Office Land Systems (PEO-LS) Air Command and Control and Sensor Netting (AC2SN) program office and serve as their main point of contact from NSWC Crane. You will provide technical leadership, oversite of funding execution, and act as a Requiring Technical Activity (RTA) for all associated Technical Instruction (TIs). You will be expected to develop project plans, monitor and control project execution, report status to external stakeholders, and manage risks as applicable to the execution of Air Battle Management and Sensor Netting (ABMSN) project portfolio. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-4 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating technical project requirements to develop project schedule milestones in order to improve the efficiency and support of systems.
