Three Rivers FS Company Administration Support Department: Accounting JOB CODE: REPORTS TO: Controller FSLA STATUS: Non-Exempt Prepared Date: October 2024 PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Responsible for providing customer service in a timely and accurate manner to increase customer satisfaction, maintain the reputation and profitability of the organization. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Performs Following Customer Service Activities Research and process customer claims of invoice payment Checks and dispatches phone messages Obtains and mails invoice copies for customers, as requested Answers accounts receivable phone inquiries and follows up Logs complaints and forwards log to appropriate personnel Handles change requests to account information Other Job Functions Assists Accounts Receivable in entering customer payments. Assists Human Resource, Safety Manager and Leadership team with weekly administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning and more May be asked to drive and run local errands as needed Supports and contributes to total company goals and objectives through collaboration efforts. Support staff in assigned project-based work Follows Three Rivers FS’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply. Performs all other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Normally requires an associate degree or the equivalent thereof, and 2 years or more of related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of basic accounting and computer skills. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on Three Rivers FS’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
