As a Mortgage Loan Closer with Community First Credit Union, you will:

Handle all types of loans from purchase, refinance, construction, renovation, land loans

Prepare and submit the closing package to the title company

Prepare executed closing package for servicing to book loan on in-house servicing system once package is received from the title company

Verify that all “prior to closing” conditions have been meet

Ensure all documents comply with federal and state laws and regulations

We are looking for a combination of:

High school diploma or equivalent degree

One year of lending related experience with prior mortgage experience preferred.

Strong time management and organizational skills, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with Microsoft office suite and web-based software packages
