Job Title: MIG Welder
Job Description
Candidates will perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel to produce exhaust systems for power generation, oil & gas, marine, locomotive, construction, and off-road markets. Duties include tack welding and assembling exhausts. The majority of the work involves a mix of custom and production style MIG welding. Candidates must be proficient in reading blueprints and weld symbols. The role requires versatility in performing various tasks throughout the shop to facilitate learning and growth within the company. Candidates may also assist with fabrication tasks, such as operating a brake press, shear, roller, etc. Understanding how to read blueprints is crucial due to the custom nature of the work.
