Post Consumer Brands is looking for a Brand Marketing Intern for a 10-12-week summer 2025 immersive and transformative internship experience. The purpose of this position is to learn through an immersion within the Brand Management Team. The intern will be a key member of the team, working on various projects throughout the summer and will close with a final presentation to the Marketing Leadership Team and cross functional partners. It is an exciting opportunity to hone skills and drive volume growth by identifying and delivering on consumer and retailer needs. This role is a great step in developing a long-term marketing career within Post Consumer Brands. MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES / DUTIES The Brand Management Intern may assist in a number of project and/or operations support roles in the Brand Management department. Assignments may include work such as: Weave together all components of the “4 P’s” (product, price, place, and promotion) to deliver a compelling consumer and retailer need Analyze and report in-market performance across multiple businesses using Nielsen, IRI and other data as needed to better understand consumer behavior to ultimately influence business decisions (forecasting, consumer spend, strategy/plan shifts, etc) Identifying Key Issues and Opportunities for the Brand and contribute to annual planning process Present findings and plan recommendations to Marketing Leadership Team, including the Chief Growth Officer Specific project and operational roles will be identified 30-60 days prior to the start of the internship, based on business need and intern interests. Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS Candidates must be pursuing a four-year undergraduate or graduate degree or at an institution with an accredited program in Marketing or Management and graduate in Spring 2026 or December 2025. Proven leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing Communications, Insights, and Sales) Strong communication and analytical skills The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative to identify areas of opportunity and take action A high level of competence in computer applications and the ability to use technology as a decision-support tool Ability to identify and evaluate tactical methods to achieve objectives, identify deviations from the plan, and facilitate resolution Interest in the consumer packaged goods / manufacturing industry with the desire to start a career with Post Consumer Brands after graduation We are unable to consider candidates that need visa sponsorship now or in the future Additional Program Information & Perks Offering competitive compensation Access to a dynamic internship event program including development, networking, & social activities Eligible for subsidized housing & relocation stipend Cereal galore – enjoy a variety of cereal and oatmeal options in our break room, for free.
