Job Title: Welding Lead
Job Description
This position is for a 3rd shift Welding Lead who will act as a working lead, eventually leading a team of 3-10 people. The role involves welding, running fabrication equipment, cutting metals, and ensuring products flow through the shop efficiently.
You will be MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel to produce custom products. Tack welding and assembling will also be part of your duties, although most work will be a mix of custom and production style MIG welding. Understanding blueprints and weld symbols is crucial, as is the ability to perform a variety of tasks throughout the shop.
3rd shift: 10pm – 8am (Monday – Thursday)
Must be able to train on day shift for 2-4 weeks
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Northfield, Minnesota.
Work Environment
The facility is well laid out and organized, providing a conducive environment for fabrication and welding tasks.
