Responsibilities

Support manufacturing needs, including production related matters involving day to day troubleshooting.

Evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems.

Develop and modify manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing processing methods and equipment.

Work with other team members and vendors.

Possess excellent technical knowledge of the extrusion process and materials combined with goodproblem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Solidworks, Indusoft Web Studio / Aveva Edge and Productivity Suite PLCprogramming software.

Excellent written and communication skills.

Bachelors degree in Polymer, Material Science, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering ispreferred.
