The pay range is $125,600.00 – $226,100.00

Working within Guest Marketing Strategy , you will be a brand builder, business driver and connector across the enterprise. You’ll lead the development of consumer-centric, culturally relevant marketing strategies and plans that drive demand for the business, improve equity perceptions and build the Target brand. You will work cross functionally with marketing, merchandising and enterprise partners to bring strategic objectives that come to life across a marketing mix and guest experience touchpoints. Your commitment to partnership and collaboration will rally internal and external partners across functions to ensure alignment and progress towards common outcomes.
As a Director Guest Marketing Strategy Apparel & Accessories , you will lead a team of Marketers, leverage your strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to build our brand and drive the Apparel & Accessories business. You will deliver annual and quarterly guest marketing strategies alongside monthly & weekly plans & investments that deliver business outcomes.

Develops marketing strategies, plans & drives performance for the Apparel & Accessories business
Studies the guest, business, competition, industry & culture with a future orientation
Cultivates strong partnerships across Marketing & Digital, Merchandising, Finance
Leads Apparel & Accessories Marketing & Digital roundtables and represents Marketing with key external and internal business partners
Anticipates risks and opportunities to meeting outcomes and ensures senior leader alignment on deliverables
Attracts, retains, and develops a high performing, highly engaged team including coaching and development feedback
About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
12 years of related work experience, retail experience a plus
5 years of style or fashion industry experience
Strong understanding of fashion / style trends and consumer behavior
Strong marketing capabilities in strategy development
Leads with curiosity and a scientist mentality
Strategic communicator, facilitator and horizontal leader
Able to influence and collaborate across functions and levels
Thrives in a rapidly changing work and industry environment
Manages complex, competing priorities and uncertainty effectively
Strong analytical & financial acumen
Proven team leadership skills; ability to build team culture, direct and coach a team
