The purpose of this internship is to prepare college students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization. The program is designed to provide you with a full experience so that you can fully envision a career with Zebra. You will be positioned for success with training, exposure to all parts of the business, social activities, a professional mentor relationship and development sessions to help you discover your own performance edge!

Responsibilities:

The Global Sales Strategy is a critical part of the Sales Organization and reports directly into the CRO. Key objectives of the department are to monitor and follow attentively market trends and conditions in order to develop, design and distribute successful sales strategies, align activities among different parts of the sales organization and support innovation.

The initial project is to focus on developing a deeper understanding of the GTM strategy of a selected competitor. Responsibilities will include:

– Corpographics

– Regional – geographical presence

– GTM vs. RTM

– Local strategies

– Key customers and partners

– Build and present a strategy on how to compete and win

THIS IS A HYBRID INTERNSHIP LOCATED IN LINCOLNSHIRE, IL. THE EXPECTATION IS AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF IN-OFFICE ATTENDANCE.

Qualifications:

Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Marketing, Strategy, Finance o r a comparable major

Must have an anticipated graduation date between December 2025-2027 for undergrads and between 2025-2027 for MBAs

Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Must be able to work hybrid schedule from Lincolnshire, IL (3 days in office, 2 remote days per week)

Salary: USD 20.50 – USD 24.00 Hourly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
