Position Overview:
We are looking for a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for 2 days a week! This position is in a collaborative and community-focused elementary school in Plainfield, IL. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for servicing a caseload of 20-25 students with mild to moderate disabilities, some of which are speech-only.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to identified students within the caseload
Conduct student assessments, develop treatment plans (IEP/504) , and provide diagnostic intervention
Facilitate and be involved in the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) process
Collaborate with classroom teachers and families to meet student needs and track intervention
Observe students in diverse educational environments and provide recommendations and modifications
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Professional Educator License (PEL) eligible in the state of Illinois
Previous experience in a K-12 setting (preferred)
