Expected salary range of $152,100 to $169,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Manage the implementation and maintenance of the Standardized Radiological Emergency Plan at the assigned Station. Provide support and guidance to site personnel in implementation of the station’s emergency planning requirements. Serves as Site primary contact to the community emergency management community along with the plant manager/site VP.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Program Management – manage the EP activities schedule for the station including negotiation of resources with other Functional Area Managers. Manage the Station EP Budget. Provide oversight and support of Self-Assessments, Audits and Inspections. Coordinate Station PI indicator data and reports. Review of Plan/Annex/Procedures/T&RMs and 50.54(q)s.

Drills and Exercises- management of the station drill schedule, supervision and guidance of the Scenario development team, lead the station drill evaluation team and develop station drill reports

ERO Qualification and Administration- manage the station ERO qualification and re-qualifications oversee the maintenance of Station ERO Duty Roster, oversee the maintenance of Station ERO training records.

Offsite Interface – maintain working relationships Local agencies and support the maintenance of agreements for assistance specific to the Station.

Facilities and Equipment – Provide oversight of station maintenance of facilities and equipment utilized implementation and maintenance of the Emergency Plan.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Senior Staff E04 Engineer

B.S. in Engineering or Licensed Professional Engineer and 10 years engineering experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Field combined experience in EP, Operations, Regulatory Assurance or Radiation Protection 5 years equivalent emergency response experience gained through station or related agencies

Successful completion of core supervisory/management training and development programs
