Our team focuses on strategic portfolio acceleration, cross-segment tech enablement, tech talent experience (TTX), portfolio foundations, and technology business operations. Our team mission is to preserve the longevity of the company by protecting our reputation and accelerating regeneration at Walmart by using, among other things, automation and Gen AI.

What youll do:

As a Principal, Technical Program Manager, you will be a portfolio and program manager driving the Corporate Communications technology work execution.

Managing and implementing programs with high visibility and business impact, using program management best practices and methodologies.

Ensuring meeting program deliverables on time and with quality standards.

Preparing independently clear, concise, logically structured, and meaningful Program Management framework, artifacts, and communications.

Coordinating programs teams and building and nurturing collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to align priorities and gain buy-in for key initiatives and strategies.

Playing a key role in crafting and delivering executive-level communications and program updates, aligning the message with the organizations vision and goals.

Managing program budget and resources allocation.

Identify and helping solve risks/issues/dependencies that impede team success and collaborate on ways to mitigate without impacting business priorities.

Partnering with cross-functional teams and partners on cross-reaching initiatives and operations.

Providing budgeting inputs and oversight to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP) financial processes.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sams Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications…
