Overview
Will lead a team at a high profile account in Irving, TX
Responsibilities
Responsible for on-site supervision of Executive Assistants and Business Support Specialists
Monitors operations for efficiency and quality of service
Oversee all the operations involved in the successful completion of projects assigned
Prepare presentations and present to CBPS & Client
Evaluates and resolves high priority and moderately complex problems through communication and negotiation with clients, vendors, and internal professionals in support of a proactive, responsive and friendly customer environment
Oversee onboarding of all new hires
Monitors operating unit activities to ensure compliance with CBPS
Manage status reports, productivity reports, and other source documents to ensure best optimal performance is met by staff
Monitors financial performance including billing and receivable procedures
Liaison with all CBPS staff functions on activities relating to own operating units
Maintains working relationship with representative including identifying needs analysis, handling criticism & informing of progress
Attend high level meetings with C-Level Executives
Conduct staff meeting to ensure communication of corporate policies and procedures
Manage staff by developing and mentoring staff; handle corrective actions as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with Company policy; evaluating performance; providing training and development opportunities; coach and counsel staff
Interface with client, operations team, and corporate departments as necessary
Completes CBPS staff payroll
Enhance “good will” between Client and Canon
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS/MENTAL QUALIFICATIONS
Mentalqualificationsinclude ability to provide direction and leadership efficiently and effectively
Good organizational skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Must have 8 years of experience in Office Services/Business Services Management
Must have a track record of successfully managing a team of 10 people in a Project Management environment
Track record of process improvement and change management a must
In-depth knowledge of current industry standards in business services & records management
Ability to manage complex projects
Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical environment a plus
Six Sigma Green Belt a plus
Global business experience a plus
Excellent computer skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Must be process thinking and be able to document processes and procedures
Excellent presentations skills
Creative, innovative, and strategic thinking skills
Must be dependable, reliable, detail oriented with good organizational skills as well as self-initiative
