Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity for an entry-level individual to join our team in the position of Account Coordinator. Working with our South Central Region office, this person will be responsible for assisting in the daily management of the office and providing broad support across all facets of the business.
Responsibilities:
Assigned regional and Local Marketing Association (LMA) duties, varies weekly
Client and competitor data “pulls” and data manipulation
Secure client approval of media and production EAs (estimates)
Maintain central filing system for GM incentive programs, sales, media schedules, commercials, catalogs, product information, EAs, etc.
Ongoing exposure to plan development (eventual input to planning process)
Heavy tracking of internal reports and metrics
Maintain office calendar and arrange meetings
Maintain office supplies
Trained as a backfill to the Account Executive position, for needed support and individual’s future growth

Qualifications
Education:
4-year degree in related field
Experience:
0-1 years of agency, marketing or related business experience. A previous related internship and/or temp assignment will be helpful. Media and/or traffic exposure a plus.
Required Skills:
Excellent computer and communication skills. Candidates MUST have proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
