Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of SAP S/4HANA migration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP project management, S/4HANA migration, and leadership skills to manage cross functional teams, budgets, and timelines. This role requires hands on experience with large scale SAP projects and the ability to drive strategic initiatives to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end to end SAP S/4HANA migration projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.

Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and third party vendors, to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

Monitor project performance, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issue resolution.

Ensure project alignment with organizational goals and compliance with SAP best practices and standards.

Manage cross functional teams in different geographies, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient execution.

Lead project governance and reporting activities, including regular status meetings and milestone reviews.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks and challenges related to S/4HANA migrations.

Oversee change management and user training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of the new SAP environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

7 years of experience in SAP program management, with a focus on S/4HANA migration projects.

Proven experience in managing large scale, complex SAP implementations.

Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, processes, and migration strategies.

Exceptional project management skills with proficiency in methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources for large projects.

PMP, SAP S/4HANA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
