Mortgage Processor

Leading mortgage company in Plano, TX hiring for multiple Mortgage Loan Processors!

– Fully in office

– Pay Rate: $22 – $25/HR

– Schedule: Monday to Friday; Flexible Hours from 7AM – 7PM; 40 hour work week

– START DATE: ASAP

– Qualifications:

2 years of Loan Processor experience

No Loan officers or Default/Servicing candidates

Job Description

Looking through borrowing documentations

Review credit reports, bank statements, appraisals, income, assets

Be able to identify documents

Applying investor guidelines

Handling changes to loans and adding conditions from the loans

Update loan applications with any changes (broke amount, interest change, curing QM etc)

Familiar with AUS (automated underwriting system)

Qualifications

Knowledgeable with large deposits

Need to know the standards of Fannie and Freddie Mae guidelines

Encompass experience preferred

Experience with FHA/VA/Conventional loans, purchases
