Construction Project Engineer

Description:

We are currently seeking Project Engineers with 1-5 years of experience to support affordable housing and multifamily projects

Majority of project are affordable housing and multifamily but this company also works on hospitality, senior living, k-12, higher education, and government projects

Responsibilities include RFIs, submittals, support purchasing, generate schedules, support contract processes, manage change process, quality control, close outs

Projects worth up to $70M

Based in Denver, CO

Qualifications:

1-5 years of experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or relevant experience

Experience with multifamily projects preferred

Procore and Bluebeam preferred
