Production Worker – 23hr

Production Laborers needed to start ASAP in Brighton ($23/hour)

Shift & Pay:

1st shift – 4 10s (start time will vary based off work load, usually starting between 5:30 AM-7:00 AM)

$23/hr.

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Production Workers for our concrete plant.

This role involves setting, filling, and grating forms, as well as performing daily cleaning duties to maintain a tidy work area.

This position requires an individual who is willing to work in a dynamic and physically demanding environment.

Requirements:

1 years of RECENT production, concrete, or general construction experience

Must have reliable transportation

Must have valid drivers license

Must be okay with the physicality of the job and that it is dusty/dirty

Must be okay with working in weather elements (cold or hot).

Need to be okay with flexible schedule. Start time may vary (4 am to 9am)

Must be okay with working overtime both longer days and required Saturdays during busy season. It is not uncommon for them to work 60-70 hours.
