Description
Job Summary: The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for managing the intake process by logging into the UC Portal, monitoring cases throughout the week (including weekends as needed), and transferring cases to our FAMCare database. This role requires strong data entry skills, technical proficiency, and effective communication.
Primary Responsibilities:
Log into the UC Portal and vigilantly monitor cases throughout the week, including weekends.
Pull cases from the UC Portal and accurately transfer key information about them to the FAMCare database.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry of all cases.
Communicate promptly and effectively with Regional Supervisors and other team members.
Generate and pull reports as needed.
Maintain the FAMCare database and Internal Census up to date with changes and updates after case acceptance.
Maintain flexibility to handle additional tasks as they arise.
